Meet Paul
Paul Ryan was on the Emmy ballot this year for his co-starring role as Bruce on “Desperate Housewives,” and his segment was featured as a “Hot Topic” on “The View” the following day.
Paul has hosted and interviewed over 2000 celebrities around the world as Hollywood Correspondent for "Entertainment Tonight;" series co-host for "Mid-Morning L.A.," host/producer/owner of 675 in-depth Celebrity TV Talk Shows with guests including Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, and Sophia Loren, as well as legendary directors, writers, and producers. His upcoming projects include a new television series, "Feel Good TV," which focuses on optimum health, total well being, and self-empowerment and “Tub Talk,” getting to the bare essentials of celebrities and revealing their naked truth.
For the past two years, he has produced an ongoing conscious television show on the internet called "A BraveHeart View,” and just produced and hosted “The 2010 BraveHeart Awards” at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel. The recipients included Marianne Williamson, Tippi Hedren and Sherri Shepherd, co-host of “The View.” Last year Paul produced and hosted The 2009 BraveHeart Awards, where the recipients included Dr. Maya Angelou and Carol Channing.
Paul’s book "The Art of Comedy: Getting Serious about Being Funny" is published by Random House. He is known as one of Hollywood's premier TV Hosting coaches and teaches monthly TV Hosting and Media Coaching Intensives in Los Angeles and around the country. As an actor he's co-starred in films with Michelle Pfeiffer and Sir Peter Ustinov, movies directed by Sidney Poitier and Gil Cates, guest starred on many TV shows, and is currently pitching his comedy screenplay, "J.A.P. Pageant." Last year, he was the star/writer/director/producer of "The Miss International Princess Pageant," enjoying an eight month run at the Acme Theatre in Hollywood. Paul speaks around the globe to corporations, cruise ships, and exclusive spas on "Hollywood, Health, & Humor." He also speaks with Dr. Robert and Shelly Redford Young, authors of “The pH Miracle.”
Paul hosted "Celebrity Master Class" for the Screen Actors Guild Foundation with Diahann Carroll, Burt Reynolds, and George Hamilton and hosted/co-produced the highly successful live event "Hollywood Salutes June Allyson.”
He's an avid sports fan, plays tennis, and is a spiritual practitioner and announcer at the Agape International Spiritual Center.
